BMA Event Ticket Return & Exchange Policy

The BMA does not provide refunds or exchanges for any tickets after purchase. Tickets are valid only for the time and date printed on the ticket, and tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

BMA Shop Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
